THE GOALS
Business Goal
Teaching and learning swimming despite the Covid-19 restriction. Finding a solution which fits all the regulations and enables our swimming school to teach swimming during summer.
Social Goal
Make swimming and movements in the water accessible during Covid-times. Provide joy to kids and parents.
THE PROCESS
What do we have?
- Swiss Covid-19 regulations (summer 2020)
- Three connected private terrace gardens
- 90 days to execute the plan
- 4 master swimming coaches
- Budget: restricted
What do we need?

- a technical system to manage the water quality under public regulations
- a wardrobe
- a place to chill next to the pool – for parents and visitors
Timeline

Finalizing basic concept and clarifying needed permissions.

Preparing the grounds. Buying the pool setup and technical gear.

LAUNCH.

Optimizing schedule due to temperature issues.
September 2020
Prepare the pool for storage -> winter months.
